i had a great stay at comfort inn! the indoor heated pool was a perfect way to unwind after a day out. the location was fantastic, right across from a delicious mexican restaurant. breakfast was a hit with my wife, and the staff was super friendly. the hotel was clean, and everything worked perfectly including the ac. we loved visiting mayberry days and pilot mountain state park.

the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear some noise.

Totally recommend for a weekend outing

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and a refreshing pool made our stay enjoyable, and the clean, cool room allowed us to relax after our camping trip.

One thing to note is that there were some minor issues with the bathroom cleanliness.

However, the room had that typical strong hotel odor that lingered, which was a bit off-putting.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped care for my elderly parents during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a city break!

I absolutely loved how clean the entire hotel is, and being just 2 km from Riverside Park made morning walks so easy and enjoyable, perfect for exploring the area while soaking in the views of the city.

The warmth of the staff definitely stood out, providing helpful service despite some cleanliness issues in the room and the breakfast area being too small. The hotel's location near good dining options like a nearby Mexican restaurant added to the experience, making it a decent choice overall.

The WiFi was somewhat weak on the second floor.

The linens and towels were of great quality, but the

room had a few maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. Noise insulation was excellent, and the room size was comfortable, however the condition of the bathroom fixtures could use some attention.
